Terms and Conditions :

  • Grizzlyman.UK Ltd offers to the UK market professional clothing and accessories for outdoor activities produced by Russian manufactories.
  • All our products which are displayed on our website have been certificated and brand registered.
  • Grizzlyman.UK Limited believes that by providing the customer with good service, it helps the customer to make the right purchase. Our customer service always here to help you and answer all questions and help with the choice of products for the customer.

What does the shipping status «Estimate time delivery ....» mean?

  • Grizzlyman.UK Ltd has three Warehouses which are located in the UK and Russia (Moscow, Siberia). If the item in our Wearhouse in Russia, it will be posted straight from one of our stock to the UK by DHL-Express service. The item will arrive at our UK Wearhouse for the Duty Customer clearance proposes and then handed to DPD Next day delivery. It takes less than 3-5 days to reach our stock, but we put 6-8 days of the delivery time in case if the item is posted before the weekend to give us a few more days.
  • All responsibilities of the UK and EU Customs Clearance and payments will hold by Grizzlyman.UK Limited.
  • WE REMIND YOU THAT DELIVERIES AND RETURNS IN THE UK ARE FREE!
  • Orders will typically arrive within the guidelines as detailed below, however, delays can occur in transit or hold at the local customs office, so it is possible that your shipment may take longer.
  • If you do need your goods to be delivered on a certain date that is close to the delivery estimate, we would recommend that you look for an alternative.
  • Our purchasing team will keep you fully updated on the progress of your order via email. We will be working hard to ensure all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible and we thank you for your patience.


International Returns or NON-UK Countries:

  • If the product does not fit or the client does not like it, we are always happy to discuss the problem and the client's wishes, as well as replace the product with another one, or fully refund the money for the product.
  • Please note that the money will be returned to the customer's account only when the item will back to the Grizzlyman warehouse.
  • If you are an international customer, you will be responsible for the cost of returning process to the Wearhouse. We do recommend a secure tracking service that requires a signature of the parcel delivery. Please, when you are sending the parcel back, pay attention to the package of the item to avoid damage of the item during delivery.
  • The customer is fully responsible for the return of the parcels, product packaging and their safety.
  • Grizzlyman. UK Ltd has the right to return the money partially or not at all to the customer's account if the product is damaged or worn. Please send us a record of your tracking number that has shown on the dispatch note.

Returns of the UK customer:

  • The term for returning a new product is 30 days from the date of purchase of the product if the product did not fit or the client did not like it, or he changed his mind.
  • If the product does not fit or the client does not like it, we are always happy to discuss the problem and the client's wishes, as well as replace the product with another one, or fully refund the money for the product.
  • Please note that the money will be returned to the customer's account only when the item will back to the Grizzlyman warehouse.
  • Grizzlyman. UK Ltd has the right to return the money partially or not at all to the customer's account if the product is damaged or worn.
  • Please, when you are sending the parcel back, pay attention to the package of the property to avoid damage of your item during delivery.
  • The customer is fully responsible for the return of the parcels, product packaging and their safety.
  • You can find your free return label attached along with the invoice or packing slip.
  • If the return label has lost, please contact us by email, and we will provide you with a free postal label.
  • UK shipping and returns are free.
  • The term for returning a new product is 30 days from the date of purchase of the product if the product did not fit or the client did not like it, or he changed his mind.

Manufacturing guarantees for the worn item of The UK clients :

  • Product warranty for any factory defects is 6 months.
  • The client has the right to contact us within 6 months of the guaranteed period for the goods to repair the product if a factory defect has detected during its use (for example the zipper stopped working or the seam broke).
  • Attention, the warranty covers only the of factory defects, not damage caused by the customer.

The procedure for returning goods for repair:

  • To send us a product under warranty to 6 a factory defect, the client must:
  •  write us a letter and point out defects in the product, as well as take photos of the defects of the item.
  •  then our customer services will contact you by email and send you a free postal label for a return.
  •  then the client should print the label, package the product well, stick the label on the parcel and take the parcel to the local post office or royal mail office. Also, do not forget to register the package and take the tracking number for the parcel. Please write to us and send a tracking number for the parcel to control the delivery process of your item.
  •  as soon as your parcel returns to our warehouse, we send the item to our experts for investigation. The term of product research is 3-5 working days.
  •  when our experts confirm that the product has a factory defect, then we return the product to eliminate the defects.
  • the time for eliminating defects is up to 2 weeks.
  •  after the product has repaired, we send it back to you.

Manufacturing guarantees for the worn item for Non-UK Countries:
The rules and procedure for correcting defects are the same as in the UK. But the return and postage of the goods are at the expense of the client.
